   Gino- As far as I know, nobody’s selling .pdfs of the book, and definitely no one is selling a hard copy. I had originally wanted to get it published the ‘old-fashioned’ way, and I still really want that, but this way was much easier and much faster. I’ve not given up hope an actual, turn-the-pages book.
