Hey everybody!! Do you want to make a big difference in the world?? Do you want to break into Hollywood, even if it’s indirectly? Have I got the opportunity for you!
My good, good friend, Princess Flickerfeather, has written a song that she would like to get into the upcoming “Batman, Dark Knight” movie. Right now it is up on her myspace; its called “My Twisted Humor“. Her goal is to get 1000 friends and have the film people notice. It absolutely kicks butt; I was there when she recorded as the Q.C.
What can I do to help?
Be her friend!
What if I don’t have a myspace?
Ha ha, funny joke. Everybody and their dog has a myspace.
No, seriously.
What? You’re serious? Well, if you don’t have one, get one! Then add her to your friends list and tell every single person you know about the song. Let’s prove that we can make a difference!
Thank you for your support.
P.S.~ There is also an official website that is in the works right now. I will keep you updated.
P.P.S~ Turn up your sound!!
Alrighty, my profile is up and running and I think I did what I was supposed to do for PFF. If not, someone’s going to have to tell me.
Ok chances are this comment will ruin it, but I’d like to point out that I think this is the first MD post that has not attracted double-digit comments.
Congrats on achieving mediocrity MD!!
This has nothing to do with mediocrity!! It just seems that no one cares about important currant issues!
Well, frankly I don’t really care that much about currants. Raisins taste better, especially in an oatmeal cookie!
The “Twisted Humor” song, however, is great – even if it really isn’t about Kevin!
I’ve never been clear on the difference, but I do love raisins! They are especially useful in curried chicken dishes, but I wouldn’t refuse an oatmeal raisin cookie either. Say MD, will you make some oatmeal raisin cookies and share them with the rest of us? Or if you prefer I suppose you could make oatmeal currant cookies, but your dad’s probably right about that whole thing so just go with the raisins.
I guess I’m confused….is there really an issue with currants?? I mean have we started making ethanol out of them?? What are the two sides of this “issue”??
Or is it just whether they taste good in oatmeal cookies or not??
MD, I’m willing to put aside the mediocrity discussions if you please explain why you are so worked up over currants??
Oh for crying out loud…
Excuse me if I can’t type that early in the morning! Gosh!
And there will be NO cookies! What do you think this is, the dark side??
Would you make the cookies for us if we apologized for mocking your spelling? If that’s a dark side thing I think we’ll all be okay with that. So long as we get the cookies that is.
Maybe. But you must be worthy of the cookies.
That’s ten! Booyah, Kevi!!!
MD, I’m probably not worthy of the cookies, but is there any chance that I could get them by Grace through you alone?
Wow… arguing about how and where we’re supposed to get cookies. I suppose it’s better than other things…
Nice try, Luther.
What a nice example of how theology applies to our everyday living.
Just like the French cartoon chef Gasteau once said, “Everybody can cook (up some theology)!”
Ben, I think that might have been a stretch.
But nevertheless, this is all greatly amusing.
Splendid job, Diva!
